  • Responsible for maintaining and updating employee records in both digital databases and physical files.
  • Prepare essential employment documentation such as contracts and letters.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, encompassing documentation and orientation activities.
  • Process various personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, terminations, and leaves.
  • Maintain attendance and leave records while assisting with monthly timekeeping reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of all employee records with labor laws and company policies.
  • Execute other administrative tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the HR department.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor degree in law preferable
  • Proven 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within HR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
