- Responsible for maintaining and updating employee records in both digital databases and physical files.
- Prepare essential employment documentation such as contracts and letters.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, encompassing documentation and orientation activities.
- Process various personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, terminations, and leaves.
- Maintain attendance and leave records while assisting with monthly timekeeping reports.
- Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of all employee records with labor laws and company policies.
- Execute other administrative tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the HR department.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor degree in law preferable
- Proven 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within HR.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
