About the Role:

The Facility Manager will make sure to successfully offer site management solutions with in-depth analysis, by nurturing and cultivating both the company’s existing property portfolio and it’s short to long-term business goals.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Hotel Management.
• A minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience and 5 years as Facilities \ Site Services Manager in a similar environment.
• Should have strong knowledge of Supervising canteen facility, scheduling work hours, and providing trainings.
• Should be able to oversee the proper food handling, hygiene procedures, and maintaining health and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Should be ready to work in remote locations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
