Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager - Digital Test Services to lead and enhance the digital testing strategies and practices. In this critical role, you will oversee the testing lifecycle for digital products and services, ensuring that they meet quality standards and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for implementing best practices in testing and leading a team dedicated to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Strategy & Planning:
Develop and enforce testing strategies and plans, aligning them with project goals. Create comprehensive tests for functionality, performance, and security. - Test Execution & Oversight:
Lead and supervise testers to ensure adherence to plans, quality criteria, and specifications. - Risk Management & Mitigation:
Identify and mitigate testing risks, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and resolutions. - Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Communicate testing progress and issues with stakeholders, managing expectations and escalating concerns as needed. - Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Stay current on testing advancements and implement new tools and practices, including test automation. - Resource & Process Management:
Manage resources effectively, ensuring proper allocation. Foster a culture of quality and continuously improve testing processes. - Test Services Delivered:
