Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting right through to candidate onboarding.
  • Identify and source potential candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking.
  • Review resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews and coordinate subsequent interview schedules.
  • Ensure accurate and current documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and to draft job descriptions effectively.
  • Enhance the candidate experience through prompt communication and constructive feedback.
  • Engage in recruitment fairs and events to promote the company and draw in top talent.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and recruitment methodologies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in recruiting.
  • Experience in the technology or digital industry is a plus.
