About Alliance:
Alliance for Trading and Investment is a diversified trading company that started in 2013 in the building materials and solid fuels sectors. We are currently hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist in coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
✔ Track shipments and inventory to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.
✔ Maintain records of shipments, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
✔ Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
✔ Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and filing.
✔ Address logistics-related issues and escalate them as needed.
✔ Support compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
🔹 Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or coordination role is a plus.
🔹 Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
🔹 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
🔹 Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
🔹 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
