Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office management, administrative support, or related roles.
- Outstanding organizational capabilities with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration across various teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office management software.
- Adept at maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, able to proactively address office challenges.
- Familiarity with budget administration and resource allocation in an office setting.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar fields is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations to promote a productive, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Manage administrative assignments, including scheduling, correspondence, and inventory of office supplies.
- Facilitate and support travel arrangements, events, and team gatherings for operational efficiency.
- Oversee office budgets, monitor expenditures, and promote cost-effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related queries and resolve emerging issues.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, office protocols, and company policies.
- Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring proper setup of workstations and office equipment.
- Support HR and finance divisions with essential documentation and administrative tasks.
- Manage office maintenance and vendor relationships to uphold a well-functioning environment.
- Organize employee wellness and team-building initiatives to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
