Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office management, administrative support, or related roles.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration across various teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office management software.
  • Adept at maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, able to proactively address office challenges.
  • Familiarity with budget administration and resource allocation in an office setting.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar fields is preferred.

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, office protocols, and company policies.
  • Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring proper setup of workstations and office equipment.
  • Support HR and finance divisions with essential documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Manage office maintenance and vendor relationships to uphold a well-functioning environment.
