About The Role:
The Commercial Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing commercial marketing strategies for accounts to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer insights, to create and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals, maximize revenue, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for accounts to drive commercial success, focusing on increasing revenue and market share.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process for each account, from concept and creative development to execution and performance measurement.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee budget management for commercial marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
- Lead product launch campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with sales and customer-facing teams.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Create engaging marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.
