The Recruitment Section Manager plays a key role in managing the comprehensive recruitment cycle, which includes identifying, sourcing, and extending offers to candidates. This position collaborates closely with relevant departments to assess their hiring requirements and formulate tailored recruitment strategies. Additionally, the Recruitment Manager ensures team performance aligns with hiring objectives, effectively guiding the recruitment team towards achieving its goals.<\/p>

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company hiring needs.
  • Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including concerned departments, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify and develop new sources of candidates, such as job boards, social media, and networking and create job postings through various recruitment portals.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Make hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Prepare and negotiate offer letters with candidates.
  • Conduct exits interviews with all departing employees to identify the reasons for their resignation. Analyze the exit interview data to identify common themes and trends. Develop and implement solutions to address the root causes of employee turnover.
  • Track and manage the visa processing process for new employees outside of KSA. Coordinate with visa stamping authorities to ensure that new employees can enter Saudi Arabia and begin working on time. Obtain chamber of commerce stamps, and ministry of foreign Affairs on new contracts, as required by Saudi law.

Experience, Skills, and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, business administration, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the recruitment processes.
  • Proficient in KSA’s Human Resources legislation, labor laws, and procedure.
  • People management expertise, including team leadership and influence.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with governmental authorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken communication).
