As an Assistant Manager in Events Planning, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the department, aligned with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while consistently meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Your primary focus will be to surpass the events and sales targets outlined in our monthly and yearly forecasts, directing all endeavors to maximize the hotel’s revenues and profits across diversified revenue streams, particularly in rooms, food & beverage, and event operations.
You will be tasked with planning, organizing, and delivering exceptional proposals designed to secure events business for Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
