Our client, a leading multinational corporation, is seeking to hire a dynamic Commercial Operations Manager for Africa, based in Cairo.
This position falls within the sales and marketing enablement vertical, as well as the pricing and market intelligence vertical, of the commercial operations team across different markets.
Sales & Marketing Enablement Team:
- Facilitates the digitization of commercial processes related to sales and marketing, and may oversee the implementation of specific sales and marketing tools within the market.
- Creates standardized reports and conducts commercial analyses to support sales performance management.
- Analyzes and reports on various sales metrics using tools such as DMS, SFA, Mylighting, SFDC, and others.
- Assists with the sales incentive processes across one or more commercial channels.
- Acts as a champion within commercial teams to promote the adoption of self-service reporting in SAC.
- Develops and performs sales analytics utilizing customer, competitor, and market data to derive actionable sales and marketing strategies. Reviews findings and presents recommendations to senior management.
Pricing & Market Intelligence:
- If part of the pricing and market intelligence team, responsible for researching, forecasting, and analyzing pricing and market data to inform strategic decisions with long-term business implications.
- Ensures timely and effective reporting and communication.
- Generates reports to monitor pricing behavior and the quality of pricing data.
- Overall accountability for the integrity of QxP.
- Facilitates or supports project management efforts aimed at pricing improvements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Possesses a thorough understanding of the company's strategy and its financial objectives and expectations.
- Collaborates effectively and efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates proficiency in fundamental project management, problem-solving skills, and the integration of LEAN principles in the office.
