Job Purpose
To assist the technicians in managing stock by receiving, issuing and control, the stock to maintenance Dep. As per requested.
Responsibilities/Duties
Profil de candidat recherché :
- Support the specialist in performing daily inventory transactions (Receive, issue, Return) physically and on the system and assure all issued material are issued against the assigned work order.
- Support the specialist in material handling and internal logistics activities.
- Support the specialist in labelling and tagging items in the storeroom.
- Support the specialist in organizing and updating material locations physically and on the system and optimize storing space capacity.
- Support the specialist in applying 5S methodology in storerooms.
- Support the specialist in managing Spare parts and tools final take over from the customer (NAT).
- Support the specialist in physical collection of tools need calibration.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- High school Diploma.
- Forklift driving capabilities and necessary competency certificates.
- Materials handling training and appropriate Health & Safety training.
- KEEN ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY MANAGE TIME.
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF CMMS (PREFERABLY MAXIMO).
- FAMILIARITY WITH STANDARD CONCEPTS AND BEST PRACTICES IN A STOCKROOM OR WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT.
- EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- KNOWLEDGE OF PROPER BOOKKEEPING AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT.
- IT SKILLS.
- MICROSOFT OFFICE.
0-3 years’ relevant experience in warehouse & inventory management.
Desired Behaviors & Experiences
- English - Intermediate in speaking, reading.
- Warehouse and Stock knowledge.
- Ability to communicate with staff of all levels.
- Attention to details.
- Planning and organizing.
