As a vital member of the department, you will contribute to the seamless operation aligned with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while ensuring satisfaction for employees, guests, and owners. The F&B Service Team Leader plays a key role in supporting the Outlet Manager, ensuring the outlet is managed effectively in accordance with the established concept statement, while consistently delivering courteous, professional, efficient, and adaptable service.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, alongside a minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
