Position Summary: As a Process Automation & Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive dashboards and automating internal processes without heavy coding. You’ll leverage various no-code and low-code platforms—focusing on data collection, analytics, and workflow automation—to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Gather and consolidate data from multiple software tools to build insightful, user-friendly reports and dashboards.
- Process Automation & Optimization: Design and implement workflows to improve efficiency across departments, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions.
- Tool Integration: Configure connections between different SaaS applications to ensure seamless data flow and real-time updates.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes, troubleshoot issues, and recommend best practices.
- Documentation & Training: Develop clear guides, documentation, and training materials for internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of newly introduced processes.

- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and data analytics tools (e.g., spreadsheet tools, web-based automation services).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights in a straightforward manner.
- Problem-Solving: Proven track record of simplifying complex workflows and creating scalable solutions.
