Director, Entertainment Systems Integration and Infrastructure will ensure the alignment of Qiddiya Parks & Entertainment Assets physical infrastructure and IT systems functionality with the needs of each assets operating model and business plan. They manage the development process between Park Operations, Strategy, Development, and QIC IT to ensure seamless deployment of purpose-built solutions and related infrastructure in line with the Asset Development Stage Gates and Qiddiya Standards while supporting the evolving needs of operating assets.

• Develop and maintain Qiddiya Parks & Entertainment operating and infrastructure standards for technology
• Audit Parks Operations compliance with established standards
• Manage priority requirements, features and functionality with Park Operations and Qiddiya IT
• Validate package delivery schedule in terms of impact to business and oversee all UAT processes for new delivery and integration
• Prepare operational briefs for new technology requirements for new assets, capital expansion, and seasonal operations activities / programs.
• Oversee transition planning and assess business impact for products reaching end of life
• Lead Qiddiya Parks & Entertainment assessment of Qiddiya Technology plan and future operating model efforts
• Provide operational input for new systems / integration development, including procurement, design review, user acceptance testing, and deployment to production
• Evaluate and provide input on third-party vendors, technologies, and platforms that align with strategic business goals, ensuring seamless integration
• Assist with onboarding and transition of pre-opening responsibilities to Parks Operations IT team
• Represent Qiddiya Parks & Entertainment in Qiddiya / City wide initiatives
