Responsibilities

  • Set daily and weekly raw & pack material plans and develop delivery schedules of raw and packaging materials.
  • Set balanced need of material requirements to meet the production plan in order to fulfill both export & local markets demand and enable achieving sales AOP targets.
  • Compare daily material’s opening stock versus the requirements according to the production plan and develop the material plans based on AOP then share it with the sourcing team.
  • Review & govern RM stocks in partnership with manufacturing team, sales forecast figures and FG stocks.
  • Issue purchase orders and create new items on SAP.
  • Create return PO’s & review PO’s status monthly , update the POs and close the redundant ones.
  • Assist and coordinate with Marketing Department in launching new products.
  • Send delivery schedules to suppliers & RMWH team and follow up on suppliers to deliver based on the production plan and the available storage capacity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree / engineering is a preferred
  • Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
  • 2-3 years’ experience SC preferably in Planning.
  • Ability to deal with diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong Analytical / Thinking skills to be able to identify opportunities.
  • Good understanding of basic financial analysis.
  • Strong communication & leadership skills.
  • Strong Inter-personal Skills.
  • Clearly demonstrate stock management skills ( FIFO, Stock cycle count, slow moving items, …)
  • Demonstrate credible relations with all internal and external client
  • Supplier development experience
