Role Overview
As a Brand Manager at Taager, you will act as the central point of contact for brand strategy, ensuring alignment across all regions while managing key projects that drive brand consistency, growth, and merchant engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of brand building, and the ability to collaborate across teams and regions.

- Brand Strategy & Alignment:
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with Taager’s vision and values.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics across regions, providing actionable insights to optimize brand positioning.
- Cross Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Experience Team to ensure the brand delivers a seamless and engaging merchant & customer journey.
- Partner with the Growth Team to align brand messaging with acquisition and retention strategies.
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between departments to ensure unified brand goals.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage specific brand-related projects across all regions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to all relevant team
- Regional Brand Management:
- Adapt global brand strategies to regional markets, ensuring cultural relevance and local impact.
- Collaborate with regional teams to implement brand initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to regional teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Brand Advocacy & Innovation:
- Champion Taager’s brand internally and externally, ensuring all teams understand and embody the brand’s values.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for brand innovation and differentiation.
- Develop creative campaigns and initiatives that strengthen Taager’s brand presence globally.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, customer experience, and growth marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment is a plus.
