About The Role:

As a Partnerships Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by acquiring, managing, and retaining key partnerships across various sectors. You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with current and prospective merchants, ensuring they receive maximum value from our offerings.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish new partnerships with merchants to create exclusive promotions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the partnerships team and internal departments.
  • Deliver regular updates and performance metrics to management.
  • Coordinate with teams to finalize new partnership agreements.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets consistently.
  • Research and acquire new partners to expand Dsquares’ market reach.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key accounts to understand their needs.
  • Promote Dsquares' offerings to merchants, demonstrating their relevance to their business models.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Marketing.
  • A degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in Telecom, FMCG, or Banking sectors is a plus.
