About The Role
We are seeking an AI & ML Engineer Intern to join our team for a three-month internship. This is an exciting opportunity for a 3rd-year student in Computer Science or the Faculty of Engineering (AI & ML Department) to gain practical experience in applying artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts to real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and implement AI/ML models for various applications.
- Assist in data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis to support model development.
- Participate in developing machine learning pipelines and integrating models into production environments.
- Conduct research on AI/ML techniques and contribute innovative ideas to enhance model performance.
- Test, evaluate, and document model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and presentations for team discussions.
- Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student in Computer Science or the Faculty of Engineering (AI & ML Department).
- Strong foundation in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excitement about working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and tools like LangGraph or LlamaIndex.
- Familiarity with one of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with data manipulation tools such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and statistical concepts.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices and version control
