Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist - Onboarding. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience as they integrate into our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage an effective onboarding program that equips new hires with the knowledge, resources, and tools needed for success.
  • Create orientation materials, training sessions, and onboarding schedules for new employees.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions, ensuring all necessary administrative processes are completed.
  • Collaborate with HR, department leaders, and various stakeholders to tailor the onboarding experience to meet specific departmental needs.
  • Gather feedback from new employees and continuously assess and improve onboarding programs based on their experiences.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding processes, progress, and program effectiveness.
  • Support ongoing training and development initiatives as needed.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive organizational culture by engaging new hires in the company’s values and mission.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in onboarding, human resources, or training roles.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding best practices and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with new hires and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in designing training programs and onboarding materials is a plus.
