The Role / Opportunity

Our Business Unit is searching for a Production manager in the Cheese Blending & Fermentation department Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to ensure that all Milk and Laban products are manufactured to fulfil internal customer requirements, conforming to laid down quality standards and specifications. Ensuring that all necessary resources are available and utilized in a safe and efficient manner to meet the customer expectations

Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Bachelor's degree in dairy technology
• Five (5) years' experience in similar position in the in an FMCG environment
• Working knowledge in ISO9000 quality standards
• Experience in the production of cultured products preferred
