JASARA PMC is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Deputy Program Director (EOI). This position is crucial for supporting the overall direction and execution of projects within the program framework, contributing to our mission of delivering world-class infrastructure projects aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The Deputy Program Director will work closely with the Program Director and other key stakeholders to ensure that program objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Director in the strategic planning, development, and execution of program initiatives.
- Coordinate with project managers to monitor project performance, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Support the identification and mitigation of risks associated with program delivery, ensuring proactive management of issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Oversee the preparation of program documentation, including reports, plans, and presentations for senior management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting best practices in project execution and performance management.
- Contribute to budget management and resource allocation for program activities.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP) is preferred.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably high rise buildings, skyscrapers.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting program delivery and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in the construction sector in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
