Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany. 

You will be working with our partner Mazaya Retail Group covering the B2B Beauty sector (Fragrances and Cosmetics). Mazaya is also specialized in the retail of international consumer product brands in Egypt with more than 40 stores. 

 

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic E-Commerce B2B Commercial Manager to join our partner Mazaya Retail Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving e-commerce growth, managing digital sales channels, and optimizing commercial strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

What you’ll be doing

  • Direct Manager for 3 team members. 
  • Responsible for B2B Beauty App from commercial & customer experience perspectives (Content, Traffic, Conversion, AOV, Sales & Gross Profit)
  • Develop 1 year commercial calendar
  • Communicate with Brand Directors/Managers to gather intelligence about product availability, new launches, promotions, etc
  • Request smart content to be created (whether in house or through an agency) & posted over social platforms to acquire new customers
  • Lead Media buying with the help of Digital department to ensure efficient ROAS
  • Develop a strong plan for Sales Rep team aiming to maximize App signups from target audience
  • Adhere to promotions/discounts quarterly budgets
  • Engage with Tech team to request & set priorities to develop App commercial features to increase Conversion rate, AOV, retention, etc
  • Build Partnerships (BNPL/payment aggregators, seasonal collaborations with relevant brands, etc) to increase sales in the required channels as per overall strategy

What we need from you

  • BSc degree in Business (Preferably marketing major)
  • 5+ years of experience as overall Commercial experience 
  • 4+ years of B2B Commercial experience
  • 2- 3 years of experience in E-commerce field is a MUST
  • Excellent command of Arabic & English
  • Experience in the Beauty industry is preferable
  • Experience in marketplaces such as Amazon, Jumia, etc is preferable
