Commercial Project Manager (Finance) - Excellent Opportunity for Saudi Nationals

A Snapshot of Your Day

Your day involves ensuring project controlling tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. You monitor key financial KPIs, oversee project timelines, and manage cash flows. Interacting with customers and vendors, you handle the spare parts/services business and ensure timely payments.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Ensure the completion and execution of project controlling tasks on schedule and at optimal cost/profit, maintaining a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor key financial KPIs, including revenue, gross profit, margin improvement, non-conformance costs (NCCs), and cash flows to assess project performance.
• Oversee project timelines, cost management, cash flow maintenance, regular project reviews, and manage claims and risks, including month-end closing activities.
• Conduct effective financial analysis, planning, and controlling, supported by adequate documentation throughout the project lifecycle (from PM80 to PM100 and until PM700).
• Handle the spare parts and services business for the region, managing the process from acquisition to delivery while actively interacting with customers and vendors.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable to facilitate timely payments, understand requirements for bank guarantees, foreign currency hedging, and letters of credit, and approve procurement requirements, ensuring purchase orders align with agreed terms and project budgets.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Certified CPM for minimum "C" or “B” Category projects is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as a CPM handling long-term/complex “C/B” category projects. Experience with project management methods, processes, and tools.
• Familiarity with business processes (project execution, sales, purchasing, etc.) Knowledge of accounting principles (FRGs). Proficiency in asset management.
• Experience in contract and claim management. Expertise in project risk and opportunity management.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English.
