- Assist in setting up and configuring computer systems, software, and network devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in system updates, backups, and IT asset management.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
-Experience in the administration of a network, servers, desktop systems and communication devices.
-Own and support anti-virus software on plant Process workstations, laptops, and servers.
-Responsible for Backup/Restore of critical Process workstations.
-Administer and support software patching on plant Process workstations, laptops, and servers.
-Proactively troubleshoot and solve OT network or OT systems issues.
-Proficiency in Windows and networking concepts.
-Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
-Knowledge of any IT Ticketing solution, and handling of Incidents, and Requests.
