Continuous Improvement Manager

Continuous Improvement Manager | Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions | Egypt

Role Summary

The Continuous Improvement Manager will focus on identifying and driving process improvements using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Model and Notation, and automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation. They will lead digital transformation and change management initiatives to optimize efficiency and implement best practices across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

ROLE PROFILE

• Lead process improvement projects to make measurable improvements across the organization.
• Design, document, and improve business processes using standard methods.
• Identify inefficiencies by mapping processes, analyzing gaps, and reviewing workflows.
• Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflows.
• Work with leadership to find areas to reduce waste, improve service, and ensure consistency.
• Mentor and guide teams on how to apply process improvement methods and tools.
• Set up systems to track continuous improvement and monitor performance.
• Provide training, lead workshops, and organize other process improvement events.
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years in the service industry, with 5+ years in Continuous Improvement or similar roles (e.g., business excellence, project management).
• Proven leadership skills, able to manage teams, drive results, and build strong business relationships.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with experience in tools like Minitab.
• Graduate degree in Business or Finance, with knowledge of SAP and retail industry experience being a plus.
