Key Responsibilities:
Processing Tasks:
· Handle end-to-end processing of new telecom service requests from SMB clients.
· Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
· Coordinate with the sales team to validate order details and customer information.
· Process service activations, plan changes, upgrades, and disconnections within defined SLAs.
· Track and follow up on pending requests and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
· Maintain accurate logs of processing activities and update internal systems regularly.
Back Office Operations:
· Maintain and organize client data, contracts, and service-related documents.
· Generate regular reports related to order processing, activations, and client onboarding.
· Assist in resolving discrepancies related to customer accounts or documentation.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams like logistics, billing, and technical support.
· Support audits by ensuring documentation and process compliance.
· Handle internal coordination for smooth delivery of telecom solutions to SMB clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
· 1-3 years of experience in telecom operations, back office, or processing roles.
· Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and documentation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and enterprise systems.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
