- Develop and implement irrigation and fertilization plans to meet crop water and nutrient requirements.
- Manage and organize work tasks for the irrigation and fertilization team.
- Ability to design irrigation networks using Autocad
- Conduct soil and water analysis to determine crop water and nutrient requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as Global GAP and ISO standards.
- Monitor and analyze irrigation and fertilization data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure irrigation and fertilization systems are integrated with other farm operations.
- Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of irrigation and fertilization systems.
- Develop and implement training programs for irrigation and fertilization staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in irrigation and fertilization technologies, and apply them to improve farm operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in irrigation and fertilization management, preferably in a farm or agricultural company.
- Good knowledge of irrigation and fertilization systems, including design, installation, and operation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of training techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.
