You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues
• Assist customers with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical problems
• Document and maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to provide accurate support and guidance
