- Assess current privacy and data handling practices to identify gaps and risks.
- Advise on and implement compliance strategies for regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or other relevant laws.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
- Develop and maintain privacy policies, data retention schedules, and consent mechanisms.
- Collaborate with legal, security, marketing, HR, and IT teams to ensure data handling aligns with privacy requirements.
- Assist in managing data subject requests (DSRs), including access, correction, and deletion requests.
- Train staff on privacy best practices, data handling, and compliance requirements.
- Support incident response efforts, including data breach investigations and reporting.
- Monitor updates in privacy laws and regulations to keep internal policies current.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in data privacy, data protection, or compliance roles.
- In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, HIPAA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to analyze complex legal requirements and translate them into actionable policies.
