FlyAkeed, a leading travel and hospitality company, is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Akeed Care Agent. As an Akeed Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will assist customers with their travel inquiries, bookings, and resolve any issues they may encounter throughout their travel journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong passion for travel.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their travel inquiries and provide recommendations for flights, accommodations, and other travel options.
- Handle booking and reservation requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues, including flight changes, cancellations, and refunds, providing timely and satisfactory solutions.
- Collaborate with airline partners, hotels, and other service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and travel regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms.
- Passion for travel and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel or hospitality is a plus.
