As a People & Culture Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in our team's journey and the company's success.

You'll be the go-to person for building a positive work environment and fostering engaged team members. RequirementsJob Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive Human Resources / People & Culture experience.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the technology or startup sector.
  • Proficiency in HRMs, experience with Zoho is highly desirable.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated, being able to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, being comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with empathy to build deep human connections.
  • Eager to foster a positive work environment based on collaboration, respect and openness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent within the tech and insurance sectors.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

  • Employee Relations:
  • Onboarding new hires and integrating them within the team
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies & procedures.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and morale.
  • Collecting employees feedback through surveys to measure satisfaction.
  • Performance Management:
  • Administer the performance review process, ensuring timely & effective feedback is provided to employees.
  • Support managers in setting clear performance expectations & developing performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of performance management strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Learning and Development:
  • Identify employee training and development needs in collaboration with managers.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • HR Policy and Compliance:
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Egypt.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
  • Strategic Iniatives:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and unlock team potenial.
  • Review salary scales and benefits enuring competitiveness in attracting desired talent
