BIM Manager (RES8)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a forward-thinking and highly skilled BIM Manager to join our growing team. As a key player in our enterprise, you will oversee the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects within the residential business unit. Your expertise will ensure that Qiddiya's developments are delivered with the highest levels of efficiency, collaboration, and innovation, further establishing our commitment to excellence in the entertainment and cultural landscape of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies and workflows to optimize project performance and collaboration among all stakeholders.
• Develop, manage, and enforce project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), workflows, and processes in alignment with project goals and industry standards.
• Drive the adoption of innovative VDC/BIM tools to improve design coordination, construction planning, and facility management.
• Oversee the comprehensive BIM integration throughout design and pre-construction phases, ensuring timely review and approval of shop drawings
• Support the development of 4D construction sequencing, 5D cost estimation, and COBie asset data integration for operational readiness.
• Ensure timely shop drawing approvals and effective communication with stakeholders, including the Appointing Party.
• Conduct regular BIM reviews, audits, and quality control checks to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the project supply chain to ensure high-quality delivery of information, models, and data in compliance with contractual requirements.
• Implement BIM quality control plans, review procedures, and data validation methods across all disciplines.
• Ensure model fidelity, accurate representation of project components, and alignment with construction sequences and cost data.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and technologies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, proposing integration of new tools and processes as appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes.
