Principal Functions
JOB DESCRIPTION
Strong commitment to talent acquisition and willingness to devote the necessary time and resources. Screening resumes, conducting interviews, performing assessment tests for junior positions and facilitating seamless internal mobility.
Responsibilities
- Undertake hiring for e& Verticals for all L3 and below in order to meet the hiring requirements of the business
- Oversee organization and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Ensure the screening of resumes, conducting interviews and performing skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships
- Review the reports on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including number of candidates interviewed & hired
- Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs
- Ensure that confidential interviews are conducted, follow-up references and ensure credits are checked to verify the authenticity of the information
- Review the shortlisted candidates and their detailed profile summaries to provide a clear overview of the role
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
- Follow up with clients and ensure a seamless onboarding process of the candidate’s transition
- Ensure the preparation of annual talent mobility plan for e& as per set priorities and policy/plan
- Organize activities to initiate the talent acquisition and internal mobility process
- Monitor the transfer requests received from staff to ensure opportunities are provided for internal movements against available vacancies if the desired requirements are met
- Provide professional guidance to ensure that talent acquisition and mobility of candidates is in line with the established policies & procedures
- Oversee the administration of written/aptitude tests and trade tests as and when required in co-ordination with relevant departments/units
- Ensure candidates are provided with basic information regarding hosting organization and guide candidates on the related issues for smooth transition
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in industrial and organizational psychology, human resource management, or related fields.
- 6+ years of recruitment experience in TA space
