GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
The Sales Supervisor - Food Services at NAQUA will lead a national sales team to drive HORECA sector growth across Saudi Arabia, executing strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market share for premium shrimp products, and build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and distributors through team management, market analysis, and customer-focused solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed annual sales targets across Saudi Arabia.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a national sales team to achieve excellence.
- Implement performance tracking mechanisms.
- Build and maintain relationships with major hotel chains and restaurant groups.
- Conduct regular market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales Planning to ensure product availability.
- Resolve escalated issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred:
- MBA or advanced certification in Sales Management.
- Food Industry/Hospitality management certification.
Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of Saudi Arabia's HORECA sector.
- Knowledge of seafood/F&B supply chain dynamics.
- Preferred: Shrimp product knowledge (aquaculture, grades, applications).
Basic Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food services field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Preferred:
- Experience managing teams in multi-city operations.
- Background in seafood or frozen protein sales.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and forecasting models).
