Founded in 2017, HALA is currently duly licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank as well as the Financials Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market.

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Strategy to lead the development, implementation, and management of our corporate strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, drive innovation, and ensure alignment between company goals and department-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Development

• Design and lead long-term strategic plans in alignment with our mission and vision
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis
  
  

Cascading Strategy & Alignment

• Translate strategy into departmental goals and KPIs
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure clarity and alignment at all levels
  
  

Business Growth & Expansion

• Evaluate and prioritize new business opportunities and expansion strategies
• Support business case development and strategic investment planning
  
  

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Report progress to senior leadership and board members
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Foster collaboration across departments and engage key external stakeholders
• Communicate the company’s strategic vision with clarity and impact
  
  

Innovation & Market Foresight

• Identify emerging trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage
• Promote a culture of innovation and forward-thinking
  
  

Risk Management

• Proactively assess and mitigate strategic risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
