Banking Enterprise Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Enterprise Architect to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture solutions across the bank’s business and technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in aligning IT strategy with business goals, driving digital transformation, and ensuring technology scalability, security, and regulatory compliance, particularly within the banking and financial services environment in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the bank’s Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework, including business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Align IT strategy with business objectives by creating long-term roadmaps and transformation plans.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose solutions that align with the bank's strategic direction.
• Define architecture governance processes and enforce standards, best practices, and policies across projects.
• Ensure architecture compliance with regulatory requirements such as SAMA, ISO standards, PCI-DSS, and data privacy laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, digital banking, cybersecurity, operations, compliance) to design scalable and secure solutions.
• Lead architectural reviews of projects, applications, and integrations to ensure alignment with the enterprise roadmap.
• Maintain current-state and future-state architectural models, gap analyses, and capability matrices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CIO, CTO, and executive leadership on all matters related to enterprise systems and digital enablement.
• Mentor solution architects, business analysts, and technical teams in applying architecture principles.
