We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible

for managing our company's ongoing projects and ensuring that our clients are satisfied

with our services. You will plan and schedule effective processes and coordinate team

members to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.

You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.


How you day will look like:


  • Ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process for new clients
  • Establish effective project plans to track progress and ensure their execution
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Coordinate day-to-day with team members and clients to make sure that all parties are on
  • track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed
  • Manage customer satisfaction within the project transition period
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Identify and resolve issues
  • Submit project deliverables and ensure that they are up to quality standards
  • Prepare status reports


Requirements


Check if you qualify:
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager.
  • Ability to lead project teams and see them through to completion
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Ability to complete projects with expected quality in a timely manner
