About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Event Service Manager to oversee all aspects of event operations and back-of-house logistics. This role is integral in delivering seamless, wellness-aligned events and experiences in collaboration with multiple departments.

What We’re Looking For

An organized, service-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a proven background in event planning, service execution, and back-of-house operations within luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute events, retreats, and group programs in line with Miraval’s standards.
• Manage logistics, floor plans, staff assignments, and equipment setup for events.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Wellness, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain high service standards and attention to detail in all areas of event delivery.
• Lead and train the event service team to exceed guest expectations.
• Oversee inventory, maintenance, and cleanliness of event service equipment and spaces.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and operational guidelines.
• Diploma or university degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in events or banquet service management, preferably in a luxury resort or wellness setting.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in event planning software, Microsoft Office, and operational tools.
