Connect & work with Recruiting managers and Business stakeholders for execution of hiring plan
Execute hiring plan across verticals
Responsible for end-to-end candidate experience management
Sourcing and headhunting active and passive talent pool / candidates for the available job opportunities from different channels eg: Job boards, Social Media, Direct applications etc
Involved in the whole array of recruitment that embraces Screening, Scheduling, and interview coordination between hiring manager and candidate, Salary negotiations, releasing offer letter, Follow-up with the selected candidates till they join (End to End Recruitment)
Maintaining Reports related to all resources/projects
Regular coordination with Hiring Managers to gather & update on the current status of their requirements
Conducting requirement reviews with the hiring manager to understand the requirement and exchange status updates
Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities and other related information
Preparing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment
Create and manage candidate interview tracker and report to ensure for audit governance
Post selection candidate document collection
Ensure right communication shared with all stakeholders in timely manner

Knowledge of Talent Acquisition function
Strong stakeholder management and sourcing / head hunting skills
Attention to detail (zoom in) and high-level understanding of effective Resourcing process
Solid communication, interpretation skills and Data reporting skills
