Our client, a leading F&B company in Jeddah, KSA, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead their Finance department.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Assist in the development of the company's financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Perform financial analysis to support decision-making, including trend analysis, margin analysis, cost control, and profitability reviews.
  • Provide reports on financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership and the board.
  • Monitor and analyze financial results to ensure alignment with organizational goals.


Financial Reporting and Compliance:

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process to ensure the company meets regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation of year-end financial reports and other regulatory filings.


Cash Flow Management:

  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure operational needs are met, including working capital


Strategic Business Support:

  • Support decision-making through financial planning, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive cost efficiencies and operational improvements.
  • Provide financial insights to assist in strategic planning, pricing models, and long-term business forecasting.


Team Leadership:

  • Help build a strong financial culture within the company that encourages transparency, accountability, and growth.


Risk Management:

  • Identify financial and operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a balanced approach to risk and reward.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial management
  • Understanding of corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial software tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
  • Knowledge of tax regulations, corporate governance, and risk management.
  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various functions and levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in English & Arabic and already based in KSA.
