Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Corporate Infrastructure Delivery Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the delivery and optimization of our corporate infrastructure solutions. Your analytical skills will be essential in monitoring infrastructure performance, identifying trends, and supporting improvement initiatives that enhance the overall efficiency of our IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery and implementation of corporate infrastructure projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics, generating reports to identify areas for optimization.
- Conduct assessments of existing infrastructure and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Support the infrastructure team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to corporate infrastructure.
- Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications for infrastructure delivery.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers as necessary to ensure effective service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in infrastructure delivery and management.
