Role Description
As an Information Security Engineer at Innovative Solutions, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures to protect our clients' information systems from unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats. Your role will involve working with various teams to enhance and support the overall security posture of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement security solutions, policies, and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify weaknesses in the system.
- Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to security incidents and breaches.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Provide security awareness training and support to employees.
- Stay informed of the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technology trends.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in information security engineering or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and industry best practices.
- Experience with security tools and technologies (firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS).
- Proficiency in conducting security audits and risk assessments.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and discussions with stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
