JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Controls and Reporting Specialist to enhance our project management capabilities. This critical role will focus on developing robust project control systems and comprehensive reporting frameworks. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that performance metrics are accurately captured and communicated, enabling informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Senior Controls and Reporting Specialist, your expertise will be instrumental in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our project delivery. You will play a key role in interpreting data to provide insights that will lead to improved project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement project controls and reporting strategies, processes, and procedures.
    • Generate project reports and distributes to project stakeholders.
    • Responsible for delivering the project reports, including developing various report formats, dashboards, presentations, and others, as required by the project team.
    • coordinate a team of project controls professionals, providing guidance and support.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status, performance, and financials.
    • Develop and maintain project controls dashboards and reports.
    • Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with project teams to develop and update project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Facilitate project risk assessment and develop risk mitigation strategies.
    • Provide leadership and expertise in project controls to ensure adherence to project deliverables and quality standards.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Education: Bachelors in Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 7 years in portfolio and program controls and financial reporting in construction.

Technical Skills: Proficient in cost management, financial analysis, schedule integration, and performance measurement. Experience with project management software and reporting tools is essential.

Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
