JASARA PMC is seeking proactive and skilled Resident Engineers (Expression of Interest) to enhance our project delivery capabilities. As a Resident Engineer, you will play a vital role in managing construction projects, ensuring they are executed in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale infrastructure initiatives in Saudi Arabia. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in construction management and will be adept at fostering collaboration among various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the on-site management of construction activities, ensuring that all work is performed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate effective communication and resolve any project-related issues.
- Conduct regular project inspections and audits to maintain quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Assess construction progress and prepare comprehensive progress reports for project stakeholders.
- Review technical documentation, including drawings and specifications, and provide feedback on design-related concerns.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Foster a culture of safety and compliance among all project personnel.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in construction and project management.
- Proficient knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Experience with project management software and advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is advantageous.
