700Apps is searching for a dedicated Senior Business Analyst to join our innovative team. In this key role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into technical requirements for our software development projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders, understand their needs, and ensure the delivered solutions meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to define and document business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough analyses to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Create user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams to communicate requirements effectively.
- Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity around project objectives.
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to guide decision-making across projects.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and software development.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team setting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
