As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile and challenging projects, making a significant impact in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying for our projects.
- Lead a team of quantity surveyors and provide guidance and support.
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
- Conduct cost control and value engineering activities to optimize project costs.
- Review subcontractor and supplier documentation and performance.
- Resolve contractual disputes and claims with contractors.
- Prepare and present reports on project costs and progress.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the civil engineering sector.
- Professional membership or certification in quantity surveying is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
