• Support the completion of all landscaping design activities
• Develop and define the overall landscaping design guidelines for adherence by township design teams
• Enhance and implement standardization of landscaping design guidelines and practices to ensure ease of constructability and cost-efficiency
• Ensure best-in-class development and application of landscaping design guidelines and practices in terms of lifetime cost of ownership, constructability, customer feedback etc.
• Works collaboratively as part of the integrated project delivery team and reports into the project manager for activities that relate to the objectives of a project.
• Provide technical support during construction to address landscaping issues, as needed
Identify possible value engineering ideas to optimize costs/time and simplify delivery vis-à-vis Landscaping

Education
• Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Architecture or equivalent
Experience
• 3+ years experience in Landscaping Design
