Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of Qiddiya Investment Company.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, efficiently directing inquiries, and providing information about the organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for the reception area.
- Facilitate communication between visitors and internal departments, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding guest management and privacy.
- Support emergency procedures and maintain safety protocols in the reception area.
