Sr Manager/ Associate Director - Digital Delivery BIM - MBS Stadium - SPA 210

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Director - Digital Delivery & BIM to lead BIM implementation on the Multi-Purpose Stadium being the flagship project of the Qiddiya City.

This role requires managing Contractors, Subcontractors, and Lead Design Consultants (LDCs) to ensure seamless BIM integration across RIBA Stages 4, 5, and 6, closely collaborating with the Site Supervision Team and overseeing all BIM and Digital Delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Implementation & Digital Delivery Leadership:

• Ensure and facilitate the implementation of Common Data Environment (CDE) using ACC Docs for production & management of Models, drawings and documents.
• Ensure the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) is developed in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with EIR, AIR, and QIC Standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards, PAS 1192-6, BS 8536, IFC Standards, and BSI Flex 1965.
• Ensure site supervision is smoothly run and managed on digital platforms such as Procore and ACC Build.
• Oversee the implementation of Field BIM using ACC Build or similar platform, ensuring Contractor’s readiness for the implementation of paperless digital inspections.
• Oversee the implementation of digital inspections and readiness of Construction Supervision Consultant to adopt the technology.
• Oversee shop drawings production, ensuring contractor integration of late-stage design inputs.
• Ensure Contractor implements AI-based inspection procedures and laser scanning for As-Built accuracy.
• Develop and implement the strategy to implement COBie on the project and ensuring all the models comply with the requirements of LOD 400 and 500.
• Oversee As-Built drawings production, ensuring compliance with asset handover requirements.
• Lead Digital Twin strategies for enhanced project lifecycle management, ensuring a robust tagging process is developed and implemented
• Support 4D (Time) and 5D (Cost) BIM integration for efficient project controls.

Stakeholder & Contractor Management:

• Manage Contractors, Subcontractors, and LDCs to ensure BIM compliance.
• Work with the Site Supervision Team to integrate BIM into daily operations.
• Lead multi-party issue resolution and stakeholder coordination.
• Escalate BIM non-compliance to the Project Director and Construction Director.
• Drive AI-based and automation solutions to improve efficiency.

Technical Oversight & Compliance:

• Ensure BIM workflows are executed efficiently on ACC Docs, BUILD, and Design Collaboration.
• Oversee LOD 400/500 model development, enforcing data integrity and model accuracy.
• Implementation of rule-based clash detection and validation

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in construction management, Digital Engineering, or related field.
• 15-20 years in BIM Implementation & Digital Delivery across Design, Contractor, and PMC roles.
• Experience in delivering world-class stadium projects from inception to handover is desirable.
• Proficiency in ACC Docs, Navisworks, Revit, COBie workflows.
• Proven experience in the management of Shop Drawings production, As-Built documentation, and laser scanning.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder discussions and decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Twin integration, AI-based solutions, and data analytics.
