Position Overview

FlyAkeed is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our recruitment initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent to our organization. You will work closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and ensure our recruitment processes are smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing and offering candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline by networking and establishing relationships with potential candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and recruitment events.
  • Measure recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior recruiters and internal stakeholders.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives and represent FlyAkeed at career fairs and industry events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technology or startup environments.
  • Experience with lead the Talent Acquisition team and process.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations specific to Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Regularly update the recruitment tracker.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the recruiting landscape.
